By linking governance with development outcomes, STATELABS provides insight into how policies can improve livelihoods and social well-being across Somaliland. Moreover, the STATELABS will explore enabling environment for private sector growth, including investment policy, SME development, and emerging role of digital platforms in Somaliland’s economic transformation
